“Called in for a coffee while on a local walk which went through Tideswell. This was a good choice - v good coffee, nicely made and v pleasant service.
Sitting outside in the sunshine with coffees and a toasted teacake was a top break!”

“What a lovely place for a stop off for tea and the obligatory slice of cake. Warm welcome, friendly atmosphere set against the picturesque village backdrop. Will stop for longer next time and indulge in more of the menu.”

“Fabulous lunch. Fantastic pot of tea, plenty of milk and extra hot water brought without me having to ask. They also had skimmed milk available. The food was wonderful too. Lovely salads with three cheese tart. Really lovely dessert which we brought home as we were too full to eat it there.”

“Lovely little cafe, fit for locals and travellers alike. Welcoming staff who are on the ball. The food is excellent, the pastrami open sandwich is a sight to behold and how they get the bread so soft is a small miracle.”

“It is a lovely little café with the best staff and extraordinary food!
I also told them my partner had birthday and they prepared with a candle for him! Lovely surprise ❤️ We had cappuccinos, full english breakfast and a smashed avocado toast with halloumi on top, everything was delicious!”

“Stayed in the village for a long weekend and popped in a couple of times. The first for takeaway coffee which was delicious, and the cafe looked very inviting and welcomed dogs, so we went back for breakfast on our last day. The bacon and sausage baps were brimming, and my husband had a full english. I opted for a teacake trying to be good and avoiding the very tempting crossaints and cakes. Highly recommend if in the area.”
